For patients looking for income tax receipts, please keep in mind that if you have dental coverage then you do need to obtain this information from your insurance provider directly. They will give you a summary of all expenses claimed and the amount that you have paid out of pocket. You cannot claim dental services that have been paid by your insurance, only amounts that were not covered. Call our office and we can walk you through how to get this information.
