Here’s How We Can Help
General Dentistry
Routine Teeth Cleaning
We recommend that patients visit us for a dental cleaning and routine exam every 6-9 months depending on patient condition. During your cleaning, we’ll remove plaque and calculus so that you can be left with a bright, polished smile.
Periodontal Services
You may have periodontal disease even if your mouth feels healthy, and you show no symptoms. Early detection and treatment is imperative; if left untreated, periodontal disease can develop and destroy supporting bones in your mouth.
Digital X-Rays
Sometimes suggested during your routine dental cleaning appointment, digital x-rays are an excellent preventive and diagnostic tool that can help us detect dental concerns.
Fluoride Treatment
Occasionally, we’ll recommend a simple fluoride treatment. Fluorine is a mineral that helps prevent tooth decay and strengthens your teeth. The treatment is quick and can take place during any routine appointment.
Dental Emergencies
If you’re experiencing a painful and frightening dental emergency, we’re here to provide prompt treatment! Call 519-326-3313 and we’ll schedule you as soon as possible.
Root Canals
Endodontic therapy (root canals) are necessary when a cavity develops and causes an infection, or when severe trauma has affected the tooth.
Sedation Dentistry
Nitrous Oxide is also known as “laughing gas” and is an option we offer to help both adults and children feel more comfortable during certain procedures. You’re still able to hear and respond to the dentist, and the feeling wears off as soon as the mask is removed.
Restorative Dentistry
Crowns & Bridges
When a tooth is severely damaged or has suffered from advanced decay and can’t be fixed with a bonded filling material, a dental crown may be necessary. Bridges are often utilized when tooth loss occurs due to gum disease, decay, or injury. Crowns and bridges provide the aesthetics and functionality of your natural tooth.
Dental Implants
An excellent alternative to traditional bridgework and dentures, dental implants look and feel just like your natural teeth. Implants are permanently anchored into the patient’s jawbone — guaranteeing beautiful results that will last!
Bonding
Affordable and effective, bonding treatment effectively camouflages crooked or misshapen teeth.
Cosmetic Dentistry
Teeth Whitening
Want your smile to have more of a sparkle? We also have in-office and take-home teeth whitening treatments that will effectively remove visible discoloration and leave you with teeth you can’t wait to show off!
Veneers
Thin, tooth-colored, and made of porcelain, veneers can correct flaws in your smile. When in place, veneers:
- Close spaces between the teeth
- Lighten & brighten your teeth
- Repair chips, wear or cracks in your teeth
- Correct teeth that are misshapen, crooked, or uneven.
- Improve the overall beauty of your smile
Pediatric Dentistry
SDF
Sodium Diamine Fluoride (SDF) is an antimicrobial used on pediatric patients to halt and prevent tooth decay. We recommend the solution be applied every 6-12 months.
Sports Guard
If you’re an athlete, when you’re playing, the last thing you want to worry about is your oral health. Our custom-built sports guards provide a perfect fit and optimal protection.
Sealants
Sealants are a thin plastic coating applied to prevent cavities from developing in hard to clean areas, like your back molars.
